Feed The Soul
Worship
Each Sunday we gather virtually (via YouTube) and in person at 11:00am for worship as a community. We invite you to join us at 7010 W. Helen Witt Dr. in Lincoln, Nebraska or online via YouTube.
Our building is fully wheelchair accessible, including bathrooms. All of our doors are manual. While we are not currently able to provide a hearing loop, you are welcome to stream the service simultaneously for hearing assistance.
What to Expect
Casual dress is welcome and typical of people in the congregation.
We sing a mix of contemporary songs and hymns with a band.
We celebrate communion every week and everyone is welcome to receive communion, including children.
No one gets upset because kids squirm and babies cry.
We won’t ask newcomers to stand up in the service. People will make sure to greet you before or after the service. If you fill out a visitor card with your contact information, no one will show up at your house without an explicit invitation.

Children & Youth

At SouthPointe Christian Church we invite children and youth into the full life of our community. This means, in part, that children and youth participate in worship each week with their families. Recognizing that sometimes our little people need to get up and move, we have two creation stations in the back of the sanctuary. Little ones (and their adults!) are welcome at anytime during service to wander back to color and create.
Nursery

Our nursery is staffed from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m each Sunday. You are welcome to drop off your young child with one of our amazing nursery attendants and use the nursery as needed. You’ll find a changing table, child-sized bathroom, nursing-friendly chair, and more!
We also have two rockers in the back of the sanctuary available to parents and guardians of young ones.
Living Out Loud (LOL) Youth Group
LOL meets after 11:00am service, typically two Sundays a month. Stay after worship or meet us at 12:00noon for a meal with friends and fun conversations mixed with faith!

Fellowship Groups
Sometimes we gather without the specific intent of teaching or learning, but instead in a more casual manner. Think family reunion, but more frequently and, depending on the family, with less drama. There’s often laughter, telling stories, and catching up on what’s going in each others lives. Everyone is welcome to join any of our fellowship groups.

First Saturday Fellowship

The first Saturday of each month a group gathers for breakfast together. Often this group chats away the morning, but occasionally a special guest will be invited to speak and spark conversation. Everyone is welcome though it is helpful if you rsvp to the office by emailing office@southpointecc.org.
